  A very good clean hotel and especially value for money. The owner was extremely helpful and the location in summer would be outstanding although busy as there is a caravan park next door. On saying that the hotel is brilliant. My wife is vegetarian and the chef couldn't do enough to offer a range of 'home cooked' vegetarian meals.   The staff were very friendly; we were greeted with a warm welcome and a hot drink while the hotel owner, Kim, sorted out our reservation. We were also offered a discount if we stay with them for another trip in the future, which is much appreciated. The location of the hotel was excellent - right opposite the beach and a short walk from the central pier. A lovel - Owner was very polite and charming, welcomed us in and made the checking in procedure easy. Rooms were lovely, small but very cosy and when all your wanting is a bed for the night it's perfect! Right in the middle of the promenade so perfect location with everything in short walking distance. Would highly recommend the hotel!!
