Very clean- Location superb- Staff very obliging to me as I was there for a dying relative..went out of their way to be flexible as did not know each day how long I was staying.   This is my second stay in this hotel and we got the highest floor instead of the basement which is a good start. Quite near to lancaster gate st, so it's easy for us to access the tube. If you're looking for a nice little budget room where you go to sleep and spend the rest of the time exploring London I can strongly recommend this hotel!
