We were made to feel very welcome and the lodge manager was extremely helpful and accommodating. Room and bathroom was very clean and we found staying with our young baby very relaxing. - Very clean and comfortable bed. Missed breakfast as it was a bit early for us.

train station was 10 min walk and allowed you to travel to any part of london with ease conecting with the tubes/DLR ect - 4th time staying at this hotel,always a pleasant stay and helpful/professional staff.

Almost everything...very comfortable bed....

Staff very obliging to me as I was there for a dying relative..went out of their way to be flexible as did not know each day how long I was staying.
Gripes aside..they are quibbles...it was still good value for money,and I would defnitely return there..thankyou Nayland! -

Purpose built, excellent design, clean, comfortable,
With the caveat that this is a minimally receptive atmosphere where the help seem to want to see you go, I do recommend the hotel because it is well and comfortably designed but about as welcoming as the prison cells at the next door police station. -

... cosa dice la gente » he room was pretty big. We had a safe and a cooler in the room. The price was very fair. There is a tube station near by. I would highly recommend this hotel, if you don't mind to travel for about 30 minutes in the tube to the center of London.

It was tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, the shower room was very clean and well designed, the bedlinen was crisp and clean and although our doubleroom was small, it was adequately furnished with enough storage space for clothes. The breakfast room was well laid out and the continental breakfast well served with plenty of choice.

Hotel splendido in posizione centralissima. Le camere sono pulitissime, lo staff cortese, veramente un grandioso soggiorno. The service was brilliant. It was the staff who made our stay so enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble. They thought of everything including sweets on the reception desk. The staff in the breakfast room were superb. Quickly clearing and cleaning tables thoroughly. So friendly and helpful.
There was free parking which was important to us too.

The location is great. Just opposite the Lancaster Gate station and bus
station to Piccadilly and Westminster, and 5 min walk to Paddington
station. The room we stayed in was recently refurbished and looks very
good. The sofa is a sofa-bed and so useful for small family. There is a
bedroom and so not a studio. Kitchen and toilet are both new and clean.
Hot water supply is good as well.

La massima disponibilità da parte dello staff. L'albergo era sempre pulito ed ordinato e non c'era mai puzza. Posizione molto buona, la giusta distanza dal centro per evitare i runori notturni. Molto ben servito da autobus. Il metro è a 10 minuti a piedi, però collegato con due linee bus, 29 e 253. This is my second stay in this hotel and we got the highest floor instead of the basement which is a good start. Quite near to lancaster gate st, so it's easy for us to access the tube. Good value for money! Most of the staff were friendly and helped us with what we needed. Breakfast was better than expected, no gourmet but the basic Brit bacon, eggs, beans & toast. Extra thanks for the very swift repairment of the leaking tap in our room! 24-h reception was good! If you're looking for a nice little budget room where you go to sleep and spend the rest of the time exploring London I can strongly recommend this hotel!
