We asked for a sea view and got exactly that. Could not have asked for better. Could lay in bed and hear the sea at night. Perfect! The hotel is very conveniently located - close to an underground car park and the sea front. The room we had was great, clean with nice interior. The only let down was the view. As we were located below the ground level, we had a wall of the neighboring building as the window view. Apart from that everything was really good and we would be going back when visiting Brighton again.

We wanted an inexpensive place to go for the bank holiday weekend, and couldn't have made a better find! Such a beautiful countryside location, with lots of long walks easily available for a perfect relaxing weekend. The staff was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, full of recommendations and very friendly. The location is remote, so there's not a lot going on, but it is easily accessible by bus (make sure you bring cash, there's no ATM nearby!) and surrounded by lovely fields. Definitely

Bathroom lovely and clean, big comfy bed,clean towels and plenty of hot water. Also a large flat screen t.v. and free view box.
