The Effingham was beautiful and spacious -- large room overlooking beautiful grounds, like a country estate. The regular-size bus with luggage racks was excellent to transport us from the Gatwick Train Station and back to the Gatwick Airport next morning for only 2.50 pounds per person per trip. We wished we were staying longer. This was our last day and should have been our first! It ended our vacation on a wonderful note. Our host picked us up and dropped us off at the airport and made us feel very welcomed and comfortable! Breakfast was perfect and the room was beautiful! Thank you again!

entrance nearby to the South Terminal shuttle which connects to the
train into London, It is also close by bus services into nearby Crawley.
We stayed here for one night either side of our holiday out of Gatwick and both stays were pleasant with clean rooms including a comfortable bed. The rooms were quiet with no outside noise or disturbance in the corridors. Check-in was swift using the check in computer terminals with staff
