The hotel food was superb as was the service from checking in to the express check-out. Use of the car park was free which was also an added bonus.   Staff were very helpful, we had to cancel our table booking in restaurant, staff were very pleasant in the circumstances.   A very comfortable stay. Our room overlooked the meadows at the back, with sheep grazing, very peaceful. We were able to park our car in one of the garages by our room. Very polite and - We wanted an inexpensive place to go for the bank holiday weekend, and couldn't have made a better find! Such a beautiful countryside location, with lots of long walks easily available for a perfect relaxing weekend. The staff was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, full of recommendations and very friendly. The location is remote, so there's not a lot going on, but it is easily accessible by bus (make sure you bring cash, there's no ATM nearby!) and surrounded by lovely fields. Definitely

  Being in Eastbourne you are normally surrounded by alot of senior citizens. In this hotel it was modern and nice to see people like ourselves in our 40s and younger staying there.
