  GREAT location for Newquay beaches and South West Coast Path. A lovely B&B with friendly hosts. Room was clean, cosy, spacious and very well equipped. Breakfast was generous and set me up for the day. Importantly for me (as a solo traveller) I felt safe and welcomed. An honest British B&B with homely touches.   This is a small (three room) family friendly B&B. The rooms and bathrooms are new and look like you'd actually *want* to live there, the breakfast will be done exactly as you want it, the hosts are super friendly without being intrusive, the rooms have direct access to the back yard.
