  The skill of the staff was immediately apparent as we arrived and our suitcases were quickly delivered to our room without fuss whilst we checked in. Unobtrusive yet always there is the hallmark here and we were waited on with charm and humour throughout our stay.   The Hotel is within walking distance of the centre of the town, but far enough out to be quiet. I enjoyed my first stay there so much, Ive revisited 3 years in a row. Although I havent made use of all the facilities, they do have their own laundry, indoor and outdoor swimming pools.   The hotel has a fine location on a height on the outskirts of St. Ives, reached by a very narrow driveway. Our room had a spectacular view over the coast and town. It was nicely appointed, clean and comfortable. The hotel personnel were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel makes it a good base for walking along the North Cornish coastal path. We would certainly return to the Ga - Everything. It has a lovely relaxed, friendly atmosphere. I would describe our stay there as a five star experience from a three star hotel. Whilst it may not be the cheapest place to stay, you gets what you pay for and with this hotel you get a lot. St Ives is a magical place to stay and this hotel just is the icing on the cake.

  We stayed for a two nights, I would recommend this hotel to anyone, the staff we very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and a good size, the same applies to the bathroom. the facilities were excellent and a very good beakfast that set us up for the day. The hotel is situated within a short walk to both the town centre and beaches..   After a long journey (9 hours) to reach the hotel we got a very warm welcome. The staff were extremely helpful and willing to share their local knowledge - Conrad even offered us a lift into town which we really appreciated. The room, although awaiting refurbishment, was extremely comfortable in particular the beds - I slept like a log. Garden is the best part of the Hotel. It feels like a rain forest. We love you and surly we will be back!
