  Faye was friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The room was very comfortable and had full amenities. Although overlooking a busy raod there was little traffic noise even even though we had the window open during the night. Location was perfect for us with the town centre within easy walking distance. We have recently tended to use hotels and this was the first B&B we had - We got a very friendly welcome, it really did feel like being at home, the room was lovely, clean, big and very nicely decorated. It was in a nice location and the staff were very good in recommending somewhere to eat. Breakfast was made to order and was very good with lots of choice

The choice of breakfast is amazing for a small establishment and the food was lovely - all freshly made. Excellent location - minutes from beach or - The room is bright and clean. Although we had an external bathroom, there were no complaints at all because the bathroom was really huge. Quite a selection of complementry drinks in the room. Free bottle of mineral water which is uncommon for bed and breakfast. The guest house is very homely and tastefully decorated. The much ravelled about eggs benedict is really awesome, a good selection of cerals and fruits too. No complains at all. Beautiful beach walking distance away.

  We were placed in Room 5 - what an fantastic room - thankyou, just a simple point but it displays the friendliness of your reception personnel. My wife and myself went to breakfast. We then met some friends who were residents in the hotel who had missed breakfast. The gentleman on reception arranged tea and toast for which there was no charge.   I liked the whole experience of staying at the Piersland. We received a warm welcome and were shown to the most beautiful room which had a wonderful bathroom almost as big as the room. The welcome in the dining room was equally as good and the food and wine were excellent. We will certainly be going back and making sure our friends know about it. - I was at a wedding at a nearby hotel and did not have the opportunity to sample all of the Piersland's facilities.
