  I loved the reception I received from the owners of the property, she knew I was going to a funeral the next day and offered to drive me to the church which she did as I did not know where it was.   Faye was friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The room was very comfortable and had full amenities. Although overlooking a busy raod there was little traffic noise even even though we had the window open during the night. Location was perfect for us with the town centre within easy walking distance. Although we had an external bathroom, there were no complaints at all because the bathroom was really huge. Quite a selection of complementry drinks in the room. Free bottle of mineral water which is uncommon for bed and breakfast. The guest house is very homely and tastefully decorated. The much ravelled about eggs benedict is really awesome, a good selection of cerals and fruits too. No complains at all. Beautiful beach walking distance away.
