  The staff were very friendly and were very helpful with any queries we had. It was a nice to be able to park in as safe area for such a cheap price. The room was very clean and comfortable.   Clean, central and friendly staff. Very understanding staff in the morning when I had to check out at short notice due to my mother being hospitailsed - Special request for adjacent rooms had been actioned. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. We will definately use again.

  overall it was an excellent stay. nice and clean, good price and friendly staff.its just a pity about car park as plymouth is really bad for free parking.would use hotel again despite that. - the privacy the peace but the knowledge that we could pop to the bar or resteraunt if we wanted to mingle.

  From the moment we walked into the large reception area we felt welcomed and were pleased with our selection. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was of a good size and had modern fittings including flat screen television. Good range of TV channels. Clean bathroom and good shower. Bed was comfy! Exercise room on the first floor, nearby retail park with McDonalds, KFC and MandS Food only 5 mins walk. Easy for Plymouth hospital. Nice restaurant, courteous and friendly staff. Oh and the car park is huge, had loads of space. I loved this hotel, would deffo stay again.
