Our host and hostess, Russell and Hazel, were terrific - two of the nicest, friendliest, most outgoing, helpful people imaginable, willing to go out of their way to make sure your stay is enjoyable, easy, stress-free. The B&B itself is clean and comfortable, our room was spacious and sunny -- it was a great three-night stay. About a five-minute walk from downtown, through a beautiful park. Parking on the street was plentiful (in May).
所有评语 » Pleasant single room. Would have preferred ensuite but took the option with private separate bathroom as price appropriate. The Pendennis was extremely clean,comfortable and the proprietors very friendly. They were full of local information and catered for every individual preference in terms of food and drink. Food was excellent. They looked at options to prevent waste and were very organised-list to mark for breakfast the next day. lovely place, very good rooms, bed very comfortable. Furniture in rooms have a lovely antique air. Owners helpful and friendly. Bathroom products very good quality. Breakfasts good. Lots of useful maps and info available in foyer. Close to the shore and the centre of Penzance. Parking outside quite easy. The owner is very kind and welcoming. The home is nice, cozy and well kept. The building is located a few minutes walk from the waterfront and very easy to reach from the main roads. Breakfast is very good. Would come back again!!! :). Landlady was very friendly and homely. Nothing was too much trouble for her and I would stay there and recommend it to friends. Food was very good, was well cooked, ample in proportion and presented in a timely manner. Excellent breakfast - don't think I've ever had fresh fruit salad for breakfast ouside of a top hotel!. The road outside was quite busy but the upside to this was -pleasant ambience/a lot of large victorian/Edwardian buildings and good positioning in Penzance. Nothing springs to mind - it's a very nice place - I would recommend it to anyone. N/a. There wasn't anything we didn't like. Absolutely nothing!. Nothing. Nothing!. a little too far to walk to / from the train station with luggage. Nothing. Slightly limited times for checking in, which is however understandable as it is family-run. Not a major issue but something to be aware of. Nothing to dislike. Can't think of anything which I didn't like, but the stairs to the top floor wouldn't suit everyone. Nothing. no bath, just a shower in room. not very soundproof between rooms. This is a very good place to stay. Some people might have been put off by no en-suite in my single room, though other rooms were I believe. Me, I was bought up in less pampered times! Location was some way from the town centre, but in a nice road that was quiet.
