  We had such a warm welcome and made to feel at home straight away. The comfortable lounge area and lovely breakfast rooms where very welcome and the honesty bar an added bonus. Breakfast was wonderful. We stayed 3 nights and there was a brilliant breakfast menu on offer. I especially enjoyed the kippers and poached eggs. The rooms were modern and ... 别人怎么说 » clean. We especially welcomed the friendly, family atmosphere from our - Loved Debbie and Nigel, the ultimate helpful, friendly hosts, the stunning view from the hotel across the pretty town, over hills, down to the sea, the magnificent country walks to Watersmeet and other local beauty spots, spotting a diverse selection of wildlife on the way, great local cuisine at The Cottage, a picturesque pub located on the river, and a short walk from Sinai House. Lovely hosts, lovely town, lovely atmosphere, lovely vibe - nothing to dislike.

  Never before we have met such a wonderful couple, who are so dedicated to make their guest house the most wonderful place in Devon as Alistair and Emma. They really made us feel so welcome and therefore we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves during our stay. An exellent place on a perfect location for a very good price. They are most welcoming, helpful and kind. The setting is delightful.The breakfast was great, a range of very tasty choices.There are lots of interesting places to visit nearby, lots of charming walks and the town is most attractive. It is a great place to stay. We will certainly return and recommend it to others.
