  The staff were really friendly, if you needed anything you just had to ask, nothing was to much trouble. The food was excellent and always really hot. There is a very good breakfast menu. The rooms have good view of either the harbour or sea. Easy location to visit exmoor and surrounding places of natural beauty. Easy to get to shops and on the edge of the harbour.
