  Excellent value for money. Room was small and basic but also clean and comfortable exactly what we needed. Restraunt and bar facilities have recently been refurbished to a very high standard.   The room was great, very nice en-suite; the host were very nice and the breakfast was awesome! We even were able to get some washing done, which was great after being on the road for a few weeks already.. On fri breakfast cold ask for poach egg had to ask second time took 25 minute. My sister asked for boiled egg never got it. Ask for bacon as none left and it was raw. No cups jugs teaspoons either. Again staff were very helpful and friendly and breakfast was lovely, particularly the porridge.
