  Assistance given by staff at the reception desk. - Room was clean, warm and comfortable with everything we required. The full english breakfast was lovely and well worth the money. Most of the staff were very polite and friendly. Would definately stop there again.

  This was our second reservation and all was very good. The room was on the street level and most helpful. The breakfast was great. - Basic room with en-suite, but comfortable. Polite and friendly staff. Although only 1 night stay, I would return again. 3 min walk to Paddington station.

  The staff were very friendly and made you feel very welcome,we were visiting Albert Hall and was pleasantly surprised the staff remembered the next day,it was the personel touch that made it special and breakfast was good value too. - We only stayed for one night but found it to be excellent in all areas should we need accomadation in london again ... 别人怎么说 » you will be our first contact, thanks for helping make our stay in london such a happy one..

  The hotel was an excellent hotel to stay in for our stay, especially having our own key to get in late at night. - Very nice comfortable room, excellent bathroom and shower as did have not an en-suite.
