Friendly and efficient staff, a very clean and comfortable room and an excellent breakfast. All in all a very pleasant experience!

Breakfast wasn't included and at £13.95 per person was over priced.The toilet had no sink!! it was in the bathroom which was round the corner!?

The staff were very friendly and service was excellent. We had a wonderful meal in the hotel restaurant before we went to the 02 arena so enjoyed our show very relaxed, without queuing there for refreshments.
The staff were superb - courteous, helpful and they all seemed to have customer focus as a basic principle. The hotel was clean and value for money. Prices for refreshments were very reasonable and the bar meals were quick, tasty and very good value.
I suppose its a bit awkward to get to from a central London/sightseeing perspective, until you get used to the transport system - but being so near to the O2, in our case, more than made up for its locality

The view from my room, the staff, the overall feel and ambience of the venue, its proximity to ExCeL (a big bonus), the laid back attitude. I also liked the relaxation area upstairs, though really missed there being a pool. The breakfast was also very good.

The hotel itself was lovely; clean and modern. Incredibly comfortable too.
The lady on reception was not helpful. I had pre-paid my stay as the room was non-refundable and she could not see this. My name wasn't on the reservation list either. When we asked her to book us a taxi as we were running late, it didn't turn up and we suspect she didn't actually book it so we had to flag one in the rain. Not the end of the world, but a pain to say the least
