Guest services staff and bell staff were excellent, nice bar, clean, good location.
We lost power in our room the first day, and the use of the room. Never heard from management and wasn't even offered so much as a cup of coffee for our inconvinience, won't be back
I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights it was clean and very comfortable and the staffs wow very friendly also excellent location. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again.
We went here as part of my surprise proposal to my now fiancée. I went early in the day to drop my bag off and when I told the staff my plan, they were very helpful and offered to do something a bit special, which was great. They were all very helpful. The hotel and bar were very cool and the room was excellent. We had a great evening and everything went according to plan. Thank you!
The fire alarm went off at 3:30 am and I can't recall a worst night sleep in months.. What a shame :(

Breakfast choice but confussing I found rudiculos paying that much and having a free ridiculous wifi. They expec you to pay extra for a good conection
Great bed. Location is outstanding both for sightseeing and business. Staff were great.
Room size is quite small (even by London's standards) and toilet area is massive whilst the rest of the bathroom feels quite restricted which is a poor use of space but not a big issue.

brand new hotel with well desinged interior.
Deeply disappointing breakfast: Atfer long waiting we were given the menu with an unclear package arrangement. the basic buffet was very poor both in terms of coices and quantities given. even though the basic breakfast was supposed to contain bread, we could find it so we had to order extra from the menu!

While the room prices are reasonable, the hotel bar is very expensive. £12 for the cheapest 125ml glass of red wine, and while price hikes are expected due to the location, no other bars in the area were as pricey.

Breakfast - too complicated and poor value for money (e.g. no bread and pastry available on buffet); reception generally helpful but too fussed about credit card guarantees which can get numerous if one uses several cards, in my cases it resulted in my credit card being blocked for 4K pounds for 7 days after I paid for the accommodation.
Excellent location. very clean. Room was a reasonably good size for London. Gave us an early check in. Staff were courteous and helpful. St. James's Park subway stop is across the street from the Hotel.
The restaurant at the hotel is extremely expensive for very mediocre food. Unfortunately there aren't that many good restaurants and cafés right in the area of the Hotel

The hotel was spotless, staff very attentive and polite. Food was also of a high standard in the blue boar restaurant. We went for my 50th birthday and they upgraded the room and also laid on complimentary fruit, chocolates and a bottle of champagne. Much appreciated and went down well. This hotel is perfect for the sightseeing tourist as 5 minute walk from westminister or Buckingham palace with easy access to tube and shopping. Loved it and will go back.
A bit picky, but did not like the 12.5% service charge on the meal in the restaurant which was autommatically added to the bill. Also a full length mirror in the room would have been appreciated by my wife.

The fact that the bed sheets were spotless! This is something which is very rare in most hotels now.
Our used water glasses were not replaced the entire 4 days and just left filled on the side.
