Great location for sight-seeing, welcoming comfortable attractive Hotel, family-friendly, my 7 year old says 'it's really tidy and nice'. V good cocktail bar and restaurant at Hotel, 'Caxton Grill'. We ate there with 2 children. Accommodating, great food but expensive. Compared to other London Hotels the rooms were of a good size (for London). The location was fantastic, bed comfy, bar area lovely decor, nice toiletries. I realised I had left a little purse with some tablets in it, whilst I was on the train. I called the hotel and housekeeping went and found it for me and today it arrived in the post! Very much appreciated, thank you!.
所有评语 » The location was close to the Mall to watch Trooping of the colour and other popular areas for siteseeing. The tube station was also nearby. The hotel's decor was amazing and the room was furnished superbly.I Do hope to return at a later date, my favourite hotel so far over many years!. Location and driveway to the entrance was excellentService and attention to detail was faultlessFood and drinks of high quality offering exceptional value for moneyManagement must be so proud of the staff training which was transferred into the appropriate action. The location was excellent. Close to all central sightseeing (especially Buckingham Palace and the gorgeous St James Park) plus a ultra convenient underground tube station around the corner. The staff and facilities were second to none. 2 very happy customers!. We loved everything about this hotel. The staff is the best group of people we have ever met! They helped with directions and suggestions for sight-seeing. I can't say enough about just how pleased we were with our stay! And the beds were so comfortable!. Staff went above and beyond to help our trip (even secured us tickets to see the Rolling Stones!) Rooms & bathrooms were perfect and the location was very close to the St. James tube station and Buckingham Palace. Would highly recommend. This was my second stay at St Ermin's Hotel. I am a repeat customer due to their excellent location, exceptional customer service, and wonderful (and quality) room fit out. It continues to be such an enjoyable place to stay when in London. Luxurious hotel, super-attentive staff, and beautiful surroundings. It couldn't really be much closer to the Tube station, and many London attractions are only a couple of stops away. Nice cocktail bar too!. Beautiful hotel, excellent service, we were made comfortable from the moment we arrived at the hotel. Our room was one of the smallest yet we didn't feel cramped and it was very comfortable. Being waited on for drinks and coffee in the lobby. Lovely and welcoming seating areas in the lobby and outside. Linens and soaps, garden entrance, concierge always available. I absolutely loves this hotel from the way it looked to the wonderful staff and not to mention delicious food and a great high tea!! An overall exceptional experience!. The view from our room - kept curtain drawn!. The room was very small for the cost of it. We had a queen room. It had a very odd bench under the tv which wasn't in keeping with the rest of the room and pointless being under the tv. Needed a velvet chair or something instead. Cost of food in the bar was expensive for what it was. Absolutely nothing! We love this Hotel and would return to it in a heartbeat the next time we visit London!. Nothing!. After the extravagant luxury of the driveway and reception area, the room itself seemed rather ordinary in comparison... Cost of meals. Not knowing we needed a reservation for dinner...it would be nice to have known this at some point during our checking. Could not get WiFi connection in our room. Nothing. This must be high on the list of the best London hotels at which to stay. location was a tad difficult for a tourist..food prices were actually rather high..and the food we had was NOT GOOD..sent me some raw chicken. Ugh!...but I still loved the hotel. The cost of Breakfast! Not good value. There was no free bottled water in the room ,and we thought the hotel a little too overpriced. $10 per hour for wifi is a bit steep when it's a free service almost worldwide. Only cheap if bundled with adult movies. Odd combination that. toilet blocked up views not great, but understandable due to the location and height of hotel. No specific problems identified. Noisy room on our first night stay, had to ask to be moved room. Lots of banging doors with cleaners. I changed rooms and left a power cord in the room but it never was sent to the lost and found. Check in took ages and room not ready for 90 minutes after we checked in. Not a car friendly hotel - nearest car park a long walk. Fire alarm early on Sunday morning!. bathroom. No. Price. Nothing. Our first visit included breakfast this time it didn't!. hot air central heating with no heating to bathroom dark bedroom where blinds had to remain closed for privacy. restaurant food underdone chips dispite being triple cooked. No comfortable outside smoking area. Bathroom a bit small but realise that's because it's an old hotel. Quite expensive- especially afternoon tea. Nothing to dislike.
