plenty of parking good choice of food at reasonable prices big comfortable room and ensuite nice high victorian ceilings handy for shops and town

Plenty of room for parking , Excellent breakfast .We stayed three nights and had dinner 2 nights which were excellent so would highly recommend the food.Lovely bar area for chilling out after a busy day exploring Llandudno
The bedroom was a good size and clean bathroom was big but badly in need of up grading in my opinion don't think the maid cleaned it once while we were there and never made the beds I threw the duvet back every morning and it was left like that not a problem really but was the maid not doing her job properly .the owners are lovey people and would stay again
We have a dog molly and the staff could not have been more friendly.We had all our meals in the hotel and every meal was 1st class. The room was large and very clean. Could not ask for a better place to stay, as a matter of fact we have booked again for a break in October.

there was very little information abot the hotel or area in the room and there was no menu for breakfast.

we have a dog and the staff were very helpful with accommodating her. we were made to feel very welcome
Staff very good &service was good. The food was excellent &parking on site was a bonus. The staff were very good with our small dog &we were able to take him into the public bar where we had our meals.
The room was a little tired but we had a very small dog with us & we think that maybe some of the rooms are kept for visitors with pets.
The whole experience was perfect,we had a meal there and it was beautiful,breakfast was excellent also
