This is a friendly,welcoming family-run hotel. Our room had been recently refurbished and redecorated to a modern, high standard. Some very nice touches i.e. plenty of tea and coffee in the room, and even bottled water and biscuits. Also a mounted telescope on the table in the bay window to overlook the shore with !! The en-suite was also very clean and new. Breakfast too was excellent. A lovely room with a seaview. The hotel was very well decorated, waswarm and welcoming. The owners were very helpful and friendly.Breakfasts were first class. We had a wonderful 3 day break and willcertainly be coming back. Thank you.

Overall, a very pleasant experience--highly recommended. Everything! Welcoming, warm, comfortable, beds were luxurious. Twolovely people, Hayden and Vanessa. Excellent breakfast - best poachedeggs ever. We won't stay anywhere else in Llandudno now!!. Home from home, clean , comfy, lovely breakfast and Vanessa and Haydn were very friendly and helpful. Comfort. Breakfast was excellent also. Attention to detail was impressive also.everything about my stay was very good highly recommended. Excellent value, cannot be faulted!. friendliness of owners. The friendly owners were very obliging to their visitors' needs. We were made to feel 'at home'. The BandB is in a great location and I would recommend the Promenad for any type of stay, business or leisure.Owners were quite friendly, food was good. Central location, close to the pier and the ski resort. ease of bokking in and friendly reception. Comfort,sea view, quality breaakfast. Friendly owners, very organized which made our stay very pleasant.The breakfast was very good, lots to eat and on time too. Plenty of coffee/tea in rooms more on the landings. We have been to 3 other BandB this was best so far. We also found a great coffee/food place just down the rd exspecive but well worth it. Not too far from shops and theatre, which we did go to to see Welsh choir. Excellently located for both seafront and town centre. Friendly and hospitable proprietors. Attention to detail. Spacious, well furnished room with a splendid sea view. An altogether pleasurable experience. Very friendly and comfortable. Excellent value for money.location. Very friendly, attentive and accommodating to any additional requests. Great Location.I think if we had booked early enough I would have liked the bigger rooms. It was only one night so all was O.K. Parking is problematical practically everywhere in central Llandudno, something which is not peculiar to the Promenad and over which the hotel obviously has no control.
