This is a friendly,welcoming family-run hotel. Our room had been recently refurbished and redecorated to a modern, high standard. Some very nice touches i.e. plenty of tea and coffee in the room, and even bottled water and biscuits. Also a mounted telescope on the table in the bay window to overlook the shore with !! The en-suite was also very clean and new. Breakfast too was excellent. A lovely room with a seaview. The hotel was very well decorated, waswarm and welcoming. The owners were very helpful and friendly.Breakfasts were first class. We had a wonderful 3 day break and willcertainly be coming back. Thank you.alla recensioner »
The owners were very friendly and accomodating; breakfast was great; our room was comfortable with great views and everything was in excellent condition. Overall, a very pleasant experience--highly recommended. Everything! Welcoming, warm, comfortable, beds were luxurious. Twolovely people, Hayden and Vanessa. Excellent breakfast - best poachedeggs ever. We won't stay anywhere else in Llandudno now!!. Home from home, clean , comfy, lovely breakfast and Vanessa and Haydn were very friendly and helpful. Comfort. Breakfast was excellent also. Attention to detail was impressive also.everything about my stay was very good highly recommended. Excellent value, cannot be faulted!. friendliness of owners. Parking is problematical practically everywhere in central Llandudno, something which is not peculiar to the Promenad and over which the hotel obviously has no control.
