so very friendly people running this hotel will go out there way to help, you can tell they are new to this business but don't let that put you off had a amazing stay here and would recommend to anyone even have there own Manwell lol. Great value for money , if you are polite to the manager you receive the same back :) .found it to be very friendly and comfortable , will definitely go back.
所有评语 » Staff at the hotel are brilliant I don't have a bad word to say about the staff. The rooms in the hotel are very nice modern and upto date. The hotel was ok. Clean bed linen. Room was sea view. The room wasn't worth what i paid for it. Breakfast was excellent tho. We were celebrating our Ruby wedding and had a lovely Indian meal served very attentively in a beautiful dining room. Pleasant Staff, seafront, central to town centre and all amenities. comfortable bar and dining.. Great location, clean, friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed our stay there. Cost effective one night stay. Staff were helpful. On the beachfront. Best Staff Owner Hospitality Location Sea view Confy beds. Very friendly quickly too accommodate issues lovely view. Comfortable bed, v helpful staff, breakfast, sea view. Plenty to do, lovely resort and Town. Location and free car parking. The breakfasts were good. The lounge and dining room were nice and well furnished. The hotel staff particularly the serving staff were very good. welcoming staff very nice restaraunt lovely chandaliers nice communal areas, kind upgrade to a room with bay window, car parking. Staff were helpful. Seaview room. Hotel close to shops and leisure. Entrance and dining room were well appointed. Hotel rooms were clean and staff friendly. The view and the area it was located at. Location. We assume that the current owners have only recently taken this B&B as it was a real mix of dated florals & shiny granite floors!! It was clean & friendly though so alright for one night!. not much. Nice lounge etc with good decoration and good bar and drinks. Pleasant and friendly proprieter. The location was decent - 2 mile from train station by the sea side. Bed and breakfast were okay. We had a lovely sea view. Offered refund due to broken bed, too late to find alternative hotel. Didn't have access after then unless you phoned a mobile number. Quite a walk to restaurants and city centre. Could of had more English food. I think I was the only one staying that night. Our bedroom was poor quality. Nothing like in the Web site photos. Very hot with no air con. Bed too low and uncomfortable with not enough pillows. TV did not work. Asked for it to be sorted out, someone went up to fix it, it was afterwards. Décor very 1970's. quite a long walk int town, tv would not always respond. Cooked English breakfast was not hot enough. not very suitable for elderly and disabled. single bedrooms very sparse very small tv. and no written instructions for hotel facilities or use of phone . Breakfast not hot. Limited breakfast options. Television not working in room. Poor shower. Small bathroom. Advertised as free parking but was confined to a small area to the rear of hotel for no more than 4 cars. TV in room did not work and no action taken when reported Staff had no local knowledge. Breakfast was an un organised shambles.. Nothing like stated on there own adverts in the hotel. Soggy cornflakes, cold toast & very small cooked breakfast portions!. TV in room didnt work. Some staff didnt speak English. Breakfast was awful and stone cold. Very expensive for standard of room etc. Understaffed/ too many guests to staff ratio. Bathroom was terrible. toilet only flushed when it wanted it to. Hot water in the shower had to wait 10 min so it heats up to mild temperature. Staff at reception weren't very helpful or friendly. It was just in-out, of you go. Broken bed, broken sliding bathroom door, lamp bulb blown, no cups at breakfast, chipped furniture. With only three other people and two staff at the hotel during my stay it was a bit flat with no atmosphere or vibrance. Whilst a sea view room was allocated, it was very draughty from high winds of the sea. Booked room for family and letsbookhotel.com did not specify that these were bunk beds!!!. no public info in my room ,no times or fire drill given. Hotel lacks attention to detail. Hotels badly needs investment. Breakfast quality poor. No heating in the bedroom we informed the staff but no one turn up to fix the heater. kettle is dirty, ripped shower curtain, dirty air vents and the bed sheets doesn't look clean. Everything else. Location,room size very small,Selection of cereals poor selection of fruit juice poor,had i known all this would NOT DREAM OF BOOKING THIS HOTEL,My money was not well spent. Rooms not explained very well. No chef had to get a takeaway as all restaurants had bookings. The hotel was grossly over charged for the room £120 inc of vat pn the room was clean but dismal television didn't work properly would never stay there again some people waited 2hrs for their E/meal better stay at faulty Towers. Booked in for 2Nights stayed one. Breakfast really unorganized.Staff not very helpful.Wouldnt dream of staying again. Tea and coffee only available in room on first night. Nothing was replaced for all of my stay. Bath towels not replaced after use, nowhere to dry them. Service at breakfast very poor. I would not stay in that hotel again. To small.beer rubbish overall rubbish in one word rubbbish. Everything luckily I only had to endure one night and all other hotels were full so. The manager was very rude, and we would defiantly not stay their again.!!!!!!!! The beds had no padding it was like sleeping on springs, the tv didn't work, they eventually replaced it at 2100 hrs after my daughter had gone too bed! The manager said if we didn't like it we could leave & have a refund! At 2000 hrs on a busy sunny weekend with a 3 yr old!!! You should take this hotel off your website!!!!!!!!!. The room wasnt serviced when we arrived at 4PM and was of poor quality and a little scruffy. bed small and uncomfortable, room was badly decorated, breakfast was a joke, no staff and little food, i asked reception to call me a taxi and he pointed at a number on the wall. at 100 pound a night not good value. Peeling wallpaper. Moldy shower. Shower only worked if you sat in the bath. No available tables for breakfast and no staff to clear the many dirty tables in the restaurant - we had to eat breakfast out. Bar not open. I could go on . . . everything. The hotel was a mess I booked two 5 dormity rooms wich were cramped and freezing cold the whole hotel smelt of curry After payin £300 I ended up getting a train home I paid £2.50 for a glass of coke while he was pouring it out of a 2 for £2 bottle disgusting.
