Had a 9th floor apartment with a fantastic view. The chaps on the reception were really busy as there were customers and the phones were busy but they were really good and still gave 100% service. The location is excellent and for the price I would definitely come back. No complaints at all from us.

  We stayed for a weekend in two apartments, my nine year old and myself in one apartment and my mum and nana in another. We couldn't have had a more comfortable and well equipped base to explore from and take shelter in when the snow came! Beautiful building, well maintained. A large split level apartment, quiet, well appointed, light and airy. Sky TV, WIFI, and even parking included if pre-arranged. Exceptional value for money. Central Liverpool is just out to the door. Stayed for only three nights but would have spent a week here. One of those few places that exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended.

It's an English-style bed and breakfast located in a totally quiet and peaceful neighborhood next to the sea. Some rooms -and ours too- have the bathroom in common, but it's so clean that I didn't mind: I felt completely at home. The owner is really kind and give us all the informations we needed. Moreover, you away from the hustle of the city, but you can reach city center by train in only 20 minutes.

  Stayed here for a long weekend, and it was just about a perfect hotel. Truly merits the stars. The room wasn't big, but it was more than comfortable. Super clean, super comfortable bed, and great linens, great bathroom and modern showers. WiFi access was good. But even better, the location was close enough to lots of great, laid-back places nearby that it didn't matter. I - Very close to station, Princes Dock, main shopping area and Albert's Dock. Rooms were lovely and bright and clean, the bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was nice and big! We didn't have breakfast or eat at MPW restaurant but did sample the cocktails in the bar! The staff were very accommodating, professional and friendly. I would go back.

The gentleman at the door was very friendly and had a chat with everyone coming in, nice touch with the red carpet. The bottled water and chocs left every day.

Not a nice experience but what I did like was the way the staff managed to get everyone out of the hotel . They were brilliant. They kept everyone informed on what was happening and when it was apparent we were going to be a while getting back into hotel they transferred us to a sister hotel in the centre of Liverpool.
