Stayed here for a long weekend, and it was just about a perfect hotel. Truly merits the stars. The room wasn't big, but it was more than comfortable. Super clean, super comfortable bed, and great linens, great bathroom and modern showers. WiFi access was good. The bar downstairs wasn't too big or busy, but had just enough people hanging out so that it had a bit of atmosphere. But even better, the location was close enough to lots of great, laid-back places nearby that it didn't matter. I.
所有评语 » Very close to station, Princes Dock, main shopping area and Albert's Dock. Rooms were lovely and bright and clean, the bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was nice and big! We didn't have breakfast or eat at MPW restaurant but did sample the cocktails in the bar! The staff were very accommodating, professional and friendly. I would go back. Location. Great friendly staff who were helpful to us during our first stay in Liverpool and even provided us with a pack of things we could do during our stay. clean, stylish and funky decor, easy access to where we wanted to go. Free wifi and complimentary mini bar were also very well received. Fabulous room facilities especially the dual rain forest shower and complimentary snacks. The staff were excellent and the food in the restaurant was to die for, definitely one of the best hotels we ever stayed in. airport bus drops off and picks up right outside the door. 5 stars from us. The decor of the room and reception was exquisite. The equipment in the gym was fantastic. We very much enjoyed the breakfast and complimentary refreshments in the room. The staff were very friendly. The hotel was very well situated. Parking was in close proximately of the hotel. I picked this hotel out from a big group of possibles, hoping it would be a good decision. It met all expectations, but its big difference is that it feels less formula and more individual. I'd pick it again and for a Liverpool break it's just about spot on. The staff were friendly and very helpful even printed a map off so we could find the Cavern,where our son was playing. Even though we only stopped 1 night we were made to feel special, ever so clean and comfortable, sorry to leave. The hotel is modern and very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The shops and restaurants are only a 10 minute walk away. The bed was very comfortable. I would definitely use this hotel again. It was in the ideal location, easy to walk to every where we needed. The staff were really helpful and friendly, the rooms were spacious and really clean, and had everything necessary for our stay. The staff when we arrived good not do enough for you anything you wanted you would get they would even get you a taxi if you needed one and breakfast time you could not ask for anything beter. The super-comfy bed and light airy room, fabulous shower, complimentary mini-bar. Ideally situated for transport, city center shops and restaurants and the newly renovated dockside. comfort & food quality on the evening meal caroline was most helpful ie places of interest the festival gardens all about the hotel etc sue & ian w wigan lancs. Very trendy, clean and staff were excellent, close to shopping and train station only short taxi ride away, food was to die for in the evening, would def stay again. Hotel provided a free upgrade as it was our anniversary which was a nice touch. If I had note some things here, I would say the breakfast is far too expensive (which I didn't get), and that maybe, it's a bit of a walk to the Liverpool One area where the airport bus drops off--though it didn't take all that long once I knew the way. If you want to go out alot near all the bars around Seel St., Fleet St., etc., it's a pretty far walk. Matthew St., on the other hand, is just around the corner--though not really my scene. No view as we're overlooking a car park, however we can understand this due to location of hotel in amongst commercial district. leaving. We didn't appreciate the noisy heating system which continued throughout the night with its incessant disturbance. The room was freezing cold on arrival. There is not a thing we did not like about this hotel, spot on !. Not really related to the hotel but, the local car park was expensive! £12.50P overnight. Nothing!. no bath and found hair in breakfast :(. there was nothing to dislike about this hotel. The mini-bar is complimentary, contents: 2 waters, 1 coke and a Kit-Kat. That's generous, but, surely it's also a waste of a fridge?! It's also the only hotel I've ever stayed in where the guests aren't trusted to use a loo brush (I did ask reception, turns out none of the rooms have them). Nothing. Complimentary mini bar but only catered for one person not two, don't get me wrong getting a complimentary bar was a very nice touch. Nothing to dislike. We couldn't open the window in the room to let a bit of air in. Nothing to dislike. room was slightly small but otherwise fine. Only downside was our executive suite did not have a bath and the complementary mini bar was a bit sparse. noise y children in room above jumping on beds and moving furniture across flooring awake at 07.30 staff informed and aware and apologies. LED bedside lamps didn't work (but then these never seem to in any hotel). Small room & bathroom Heating/cooling niggling minor faults. Maybe a few blinds in the room as when you open the curtains you are looking at an office block of men looking at you. Not ideal!. Glasses on the floor in the hallway. Great for the price - can't complain. The air-conditioning was very good but I'd have appreciated a small window for ventilation during the night. Lack of car parking and difficult to drop luggage off outside of the hotel. Breakfast was extra 11am checkout on a Sunday morning. only downside seemed to be a noise coming from a vent shaft in bedroom. Check out was a bit early at 11, not a fan of that type of shower. We ate in the Marco Pierre White restaurant and the food was very expensive and not very good. Location. Expensive bar. Can't understand why fresh fruit juice not served at breakfast (was concentrated - budget & low quality), and water (tap) very poor quality, obviously not drawn from rising main. Price of breakfast!!. We took advantage of the special offer on the Sunday - Lazy Sunday I think it was called. Meant we could check out at 4pm and despite phoning reception the night before we had a call at 2.30pm on Sunday asking when we were leaving! Felt a bit chased after that and left earlier than planned. Nothing, just could be little more affordable. Not enough table top space in room . Room very cold on arrival , if hotel had some idea when guests arriving could put heating on for short while .no outlook from hotel looking onto brick wall but would return if had street view. As felt claustrophobic by brick wall so close. Minor detail bedroom floor cold and uncomfort able.
