We were so happy with this hotel. It's a charming building staffed by friendly helpful people. Our room was good sized, clean and comfortable--very good value for the money. We enjoyed the cooked breakfast and eating in the hotel restaurant which drew a good crowd of locals on Saturday night. The neighborhood is very convenient with shops and pubs and well served by the bus lines going to the University and downtown.We had to unexpectedly extend our stay by one night and the hotel staff couldn'.
所有评语 » We loved the look of the hotel as we booked in. The staff were friendly and made a fuss of the children. On entering our room we were thrilled with the character feature furniture alongside modern features, such as tall headboard and flatscreen tv. The bathroom was immaculate and very modern, with shower and bath. The two easy chairs were lovely to sink into after a busy day and we came away feeling that we all want to return to Haley's again one day!. Words cannot do justice for this quaint and lovely hotel.The location is 15 minutes drive away from leeds city centre, but situted in a quite location . I enjoyed my stay here , and the staff were polite and very helpful. Eating at the bar /restaurant is not too expensive and wifi is available througout the hotel. I will be staying here again . Hotel is located in Headingley on the north side of Leeds and where we wanted to be. It is close to the main A660 but in a quiet location. The Hotel was spotless and seemed as if it had recently been decorated. We didn't need to eat in, but the menu looked enticing and reasonable. Location very quiet although close to the main road. Breakfast was nice well cooked and tasted delicious. Bus stop at the end of the road no. 6 bus takes you straight to the bus station in the town centre. Staff friendly and helpfull. Superb location helpful and friendly staff and excellent value for money, have paid twice as much for 'Inn/Lodge' rooms with no soul or character. walking distance to all Headingley has to offer and only 2 miles for Leeds City Centre. Room was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, facilities were good, free parking, staff were friendly, breakfast was excellent quality with lots of choice, fried breakfast, fruit, cereal, juice, tea/coffee, toast, pastries etc. Lovely location, very convenient for city centre and access to M1. Beautiful building and very large, comfortable ensuite room which was extremely reasonable. My hotel of choice when staying in Leeds in the future. + attentive and welcoming staff + very comfortable beds + good size room and bathroom + good choice at breakfast + nice big tv (although channel changed on its own accord a couple of times!) + free car parking. Fantastic hotel in a quiet location near to the centre of Headingly. Excellent large room in the annexe building. Very comfortable bed and a china teapot! Definitely felt luxurious for the price. The bed was extremely comfortable and I loved the heated floor in the bathroom. Hayley's is in a nice quiet area of Leeds, well placed for our daughter's student accommodation and the university. It was extremely good value. Evening meals in Restaurant very good; although I did not receive the side dish of vegetables I was supposed to have with my Cumberland Sausage!. Lovely hotel friendly staff, We had deluxe double room which was lovely, We went to cricket which was only 10 min walk so great location. We always book room 22 and again we were very pleased. Our room was at the back of the hotel and very dark due to the trees outside we had to have the lights on all the time we were in the room. nothing, would go back in the future. -/+ wi-fi adequate but could have been faster and signal stronger (only 'fair' signal in our room). - kettle lead needs to be a few inches longer - room was too warm even with radiator turned 'off' - windows had restrictions on opening. Wi- fi only available in one corner of the room however there was a very comfortable armchair to sit in. There was no lift and two long flights of stairs to climb with our suitcases. However, this wouldn't put me off staying there again. Nothing!!!. If, anything, the room could have been a little bit larger, but nothing to bother really!. Slight lack of insulation between rooms. I could hear neighbours television and people above walking. The fact we arrived on a Sunday night to a closed bar and dining facility. Luckily we know the area and knew where to get food!. There was nothing,would recommend this hotel to anyone. What's not to like?. Nothing. Nothing yet but we have booked to go back for two nights next year. Lets hope it's just as good. I can't say anything negative this hotel doesn't deserve it!. Bathroom appliances very dated; No modern hand-held shower. Just a minor point. Duvet was a bit too hot so sheet underneath would have provided an option. Used duvet cover minus duvet in the end. The carpet in our bedroom was very stained. We would have preferred breakfast to have been cooked to order, particularly eggs and toast, rather than having it sitting around for an hour or so. Would prefer not to have to request a safety mat when I am already in the shower; and a permanent grab handle to prevent myself from slipping over would have been very beneficial. Both my wife and I had a set evening meal which was the chicken. The starter was pate which was nice. Chicken was a bit bland, sauce was just tomato, and vegetables poor. Sweet was the lemon, very cheap and bland. House wine was nice and good value. The price was reasonable so you get what you pay for , however we were rather disappointed. Good service. There was nothing to dislike. There was nothing I didn't like. Breakfast was served 7.00-9.00 which we thought finished a little early for a bank holiday weekend. The restaurant and bar was not open the night we stayed. Nothing. Nothing. Not great if you like a lot of tea with your breakfast as teapots tiny. Nothing. nothing springs to mind , maybe older couples might struggle with the steep stairs. Lack of a lift but exercise is alright. Decor was a little dated but we were prepared to sacrifice, needs a lick of paint. Nothing. Top floor and no lift but that's not unusual with the older places. WiFi didn't work for me on either device, however, good mobile internet signal on Vodafone.
