The bathrooms and showers were exceptionally clean. I was worried that there would be a line for the showers but I only saw one person my entire stay. It is very quiet and did not have any issues with being woken up in the middle of the night. I was surprised to see that there were many different age groups represented. The staff was very friendly

Employees were so friendly, I loved how friendly and hospitable they were. Location is much better than expected its right next to oxford street and shopping is perfect for that! There's a Sainsbury next to it as well as a phone shop which is perfect for a tourist. Doormen are super nice, and very helpful.

The young well trained staff are excellent. The Hotel entrance is amazing, very polite doormen opening doors into the fabulous foyer, probably one of the best entrances in London. The place was very busy with a young clientele. Our room 210 was a good size but did not feel it was the 28mts as was advertised. A large TV with over 100 channels. Good bathroom with huge walk-in shower. Good selection of drinks and a whole drawer of nibbles. Highly recommended.

I liked that it was always clean everywhere and that the staff were always so nice and helpfull. I also liked that the hotel was open 24/7 so you didn't have to worry about getting back there too late. Another thing that I appreciated were the guards outside when it got late, because it felt more safe.

The general atmosphere of the place is great - definitely the way to go if you want to meet other young people and have a damn good time. We stayed at the hotel for my husband's 50th birthday. He is keen on trains so I requested, and got, a room overlooking the station. He was in his element. The hotel itself is the star of the show...beautiful restoration.....it is like walking around a film set! Spa area is nice ...we swam early in the morning and had the pool to ourselves...but it IS small! Breakfast was included in our stay and it was fab! Great ambience and relaxing area to sit/eat...also lovely selection of food to choose from.

Very helpful staff at Reception. They gave us good restaurant recommendations and booked us a Mercedes to Heathrow that cost less than a black cab. When I asked for more coffee and ultra pasteurized milk for the room, they loaded me up.

The decor and the ambience are fabulous, the whole concept is fantastic, the rooms, the gorgeous indulgent restaurant, the cosiness and opulence of the cocktail bar, but the most fantastic idea I have not come across before; the pantry! Kitted out with lovely units, perfectly located to the bedrooms and the cake makes a welcome treat.

Fantastic hotel, art deco/contemporary design but with Victorian London architecture. The bar and restaurant remind me of boutique Miami locations.
Excellent location for Kings Cross/St Pancres & easy hop to the West End.
Great cocktails, nice ambience in the bar and the restaurant was more like a dining room, with initmate feel, great food and excellent service.
Rooms are not huge and but comfortable and very well furnished.
