The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Rooms and all the areas were very clean and comfortable. The studioroom was spacious and well equipt. The gardens lovely. The Dolphin House facilities are excellent with an indoor pool, fitness center, and on-site restaurant. This hotel was a breath of fresh air for London on a budget.
It is absolutely brand new, we arrived at 12:30 and were given early check in and an upgrade to an executive room.
Each staff member was friendly and efficient.

Lovely hotel..very clean, staff were all friendly and accommodating. Free WiFi was easy to connect to. Bed was small for 2 but comfy. Overall the room has state of the art technology making it very echo friendly. It was rather impressive! Excellent location and only a 5 min walk from Victoria Station.
