All the staff were polite, helpful and very friendly. I would definitely stay at the Rubens again, our room was recently refurbished and was in excellent condition. The room service was impressive and the food the best I've ever tasted in a hotel.

  I had a group of guests staying for my sister's hen do. The rooms were huge, very clean, excellent facilities and a very central location. It has all facilities a busy traveller needs including excellent free internet in the rooms and wireless in the lobby, very responsive staff, spacious and impeccably clean rooms.   it was so close to the tube station and within walking distance to alot of sights, i also liked that there was cooking facilities in the room - Convienient, great kitchen facilities, very cleaver use of space (fold up bed!)
