Very friendly and helpful staff, always ready to solve any problems for you. Rooms really cosy, tidy and cleaned every day; towels also changed every day. And there was a hairdrier as well as central heating on when needed (which was great in rather cold month of May). Breakfasts were ok - toasts, jam, honey, milk and cornflkes with a variety of hot and cold drinks to choose from. Close to the underground station.
