We were greeted immediately upon on our arrival from a very helpful, efficient member of the reception team. As we had arrived early our room wasn’t quite ready, but the receptionist immediately got onto the housekeeping to make it a priority. We had a lovely room overlooking Big Ben and Parliament. The view was so wonderful, the nights were spectacular watching the boats and the river lights. The weather was warm and balmy and the walks along the river embankment were spectacular. The hotel is in a perfect location, the staff superb and the service top notch. I shall return again soon.

The gym, pool, sauna & steam room are all good & included in
rate we got. The staff were helpful & took time to help explain
there was engineering works on the district line & to use the
Metropolitan line from Aldgate to get to my destination Sunday morning.
Location is good for the east end of London as is only 5 mins walk from
Tower Bridge.
