  I had a newly refurbished room which was excellent, however the old rooms are tired. The new rooms are a huge success and improvement. - the hotel staff was really helpful cos r car broke down and they help us out lots i would recommend this hotel to other people

  The Seraphine on Kensington High Street is friendly, clean and comfortable. I booked a single room which was certainly compact but well equipped and good. The bed was very comfortable and it wasn't stuffy or hot. The shower room was attractive and had good quality fittings. Across the road from Kensington park and Kensington palace. Walking distance to Royal Albert Hall. You can walk to Harrods if it's not raining. The location is amazing with great shops near by. Really I would recommend this hotel.

  We had a deluxe room. It was immaculately clean on arrival as well as after being serviced each daty. The room looked newly renovated. It was large by London standards, as was the bathroom. The breakfast room was was warm, but the fans help - The hotel was in an excellent location only a few minutes walk from Kensington High St underground. There were lots of shops, restaurants and coffee shops just outside of the hotel. The staff were really friendly and helpful, they couldn't do enough for you. Rooms are small but excellent value for money by London standards. The price we paid included a continental breakfast so even better value. I would definitely stay here again. Can access rooms via a lift, which is good. There is a walk to breakfast, but not a problem. Liked the communal atmosphere - the uni bar is at the bottom of the courtyard and people sit around on the grass enjoying a beverage.
