  Hotel Rafayel is a class act, it is grand design that mixes latest technology without being over bearing, and architecturally this is one of the finest hotels for the quality and the price I paid for. Five star hotel - I was very concerned as I had read few reviews about the location. I think location vise it on one of the best find, few minutes from my favorite haunt Blue Bird on the Kings Road. Locations is more than offset by unimaginable luxury of the rooms and the size of the corridors, immense public areas for a small hotel likes this added character and class to our entire stay. Very few hotels attract me to stay two evenings in a row for food and spa, this definitely did, will stay in future.

  The cleanliness of the room and the beds was great, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Also, it is a quiet neighbourhood, so you can get enough sleep to gain energy to walk thru busy streets of London and the nearness of the tubes, local pubs, bus stations and supermarkets is really great (about a 5min walk to both stations).   The location was good, the price excellent, the staff very good - friendly and helpful. I asked for an extra blanket and got brought an extra duvet without any fuss. They were just very nice and each one I met gets 10 out of 10. I was in a single room and, while not being vast, it had plenty enough space. No bed is ever as comfortable - The hotel was great it reminds me of a bed and breakfast, not like a major hotel, the front desk staff knew and greeted us every time we came in, you could tell it used to be a house but that adds to its charm, right around the corner is the underground along with a market and restaurants, best location I would highly recommend The bathroom is small but that seems to be common in Europe it had everything you need though and the cleaning staff even folded our clothes that were on the bed when th
