  We liked the breakfast in bed option, as there is no dining room it was the only option :). Room was small, but that is to be expected in europe prime location. T - Nice, calm location, 5 minutes' walk from the Heathrow train. The staff was very friendly and forthcoming. An in-room breakfast package shows a lot of variety and was actually a nice surprise. Although a budget hotel, it does offer a number of amenities, even providing a socket adapter. Overall, excellent value for money in a great location!

  The staff were very welcoming & the room was clean & very comfortable. I really liked the fact that there were proper ceramic cups to have tea or coffee with in the rooms, as so many hotels only provide paper ones & importantly for me, there were 8 little milk cartons, as opposed to the usual 1 per person. The sta - We liked that we could have a family room with five beds which saved us having to book 2 rooms in other hotels. The staff were accomodating and friendly. We also liked that they looked after our luggage when we checked out so we could enjoy another day in London without having to take our suitcases with us.   i just tell you that everthing was positive,the malasya lady is very polite ! in my next return to london i would like to be there again.. nice and lovely place as well - I read a few poor reviews of this hotel and have to say that none were justified. The staff and hotel were all better than expected and my stay was great.

  There is no lift at this hotel, and if you are carrying suitcases to the fourth floor, it is quite a climb. The hotel is a bit rundown, but if you need a place to stay that will not break the budget, this is it.
