  We have a dog molly and the staff could not have been more friendly.We had all our meals in the hotel and every meal was 1st class. The room was large and very clean.   Owners were very friendly and helpful. The twin room we had was very spacious and comfortable and on a lovely quiet street within a few minutes walking distance from the town centre.   Thank you - excellent all around - it ooooozzzzes quality from furnishings, food, entertainment, staff... The list goes on and on. Bristling with friendly, professional staff who give the impression they are really happy being there - surely an excellent sign! So often, nowadays, it is all "down to a price" instead - The hotel is well located on the promenade and close to the shops and Great Orme. We had a twin room (38) at the rear. It was well appointed and although there was not a great deal of space it was certanly adequate. The furniture was of good quality as was the decor. The bathroom was not large but modern and clean. The hotel's public rooms and restaurant were of a good standard. The breakfast was excellent. I would certainly reccomend the hotel and would happily stay there again.
