  On arrival we were told that we had been upgraded to a club room in their sister hotel the "Mountcalm" that is located across the road. All the staff where very friendly and helpful.   Location is excellent and everything else is good. Overall good value for money but it isn't a budget option. You get what you pay for. - The staff was very helpful, looking things up for us like restaurants and activities and sending the printed info to our room.
