  After having experienced many problems in our departure from Rome, we arrived very late and exhausted at the Howard Hotel. We had a marvellous arrival with a complimentary bottle of champagne!   When I arrived my room wasn't ready yet but stuff was very helpful and gave me another room which was even bigger than the one i've booked. The room was very clean and everything inside is quite new. All the facilities described on the web site were present and properly working. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Staff was polite and helpful.
