  Everything! Everything was fabulous!! We were met from our taxi by the doorman who asked our surname, which he repeated into his lapel.   The hotel is situated really centrally in the heart of Covent Grd. The staff at the reception, friendly and polite, took trouble to arrange us a wished for quiet room. The room as well as the bathroom were good-sized and comfortably furnished. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of food and was not too expensive.
