  I purposely chose this budget hotel as it was conveniently situated close to Kings Cross Station as I was taking the Eurostar to Paris. There was no lift in the hotel, however my case was carried for me to my bedroom and also on the day I left.   There were two guys at the check-in desk, one of them told us that our room would not be ready until 1.30pm (we checked in at 11am) but he was quickly overruled as the other man sent us straight to a room, he was very friendly and showed us where to go. The location of the hotel was fantastic, the road being literally opposite to Kings Cross meant... 别人怎么说 » we could get anywhere easily. The room itself was small but was all we needed for an overnight stay, especially at such a cheap price. It was clean e - I hd to upgrade to a family room when I got their as I had originally booked a basic double room for myself and a collegue. The owner of the hotel had advised me on the phone that I would need to upgrade and I only ad to pay the difference for the room, which ended up only being £100. I found the staff really helpful and the next time I travel to London I will be staying here.
