  The hotel is situated really centrally in the heart of Covent Grd. The staff at the reception, friendly and polite, took trouble to arrange us a wished for quiet room.   The staff were excellent, made to feel special as we arrived back to our apartment, there was always a friendly welcome and hello also a 'have a good day' when we left. Our last day the staff were happy to hold Our luggage till we needed. My daughter got sick the day we left and prior to us leaving London we were allowed to stay for an extra 2 hrs... 别人怎么说 » in the apartment we used for her to rest, which helped her tremendously as we had a long flight back to Australia. Words cant describe how welcome we - The Service was excellent. We received a complimentary upgrade, and the Suite was wonderful. Large, modern, well maintained flat with Living room, Kitchen, separate bathroom and shower, and very spacious bedroom. Complimentary welcome tray, and a complimentary basket of Pastries (I think this is Sundays only) were a really nice touch. They also had two TV's, an iPod/Bluetooth speaker in the living room, and dimmable lights throughout for setting the mood. It is 5 minutes walk from Oxford Circus

  The hostel has so much to offer! The staff are friendly, fun and helpful, the food is amazing (I mean I probably ate the value of my stay money at breakfast) the restaurant they have offers amazing Thai food served with love <3 I will highly be recommending this hostel to all my friends who will be staying in London (and those who live in Londo... 别人怎么说 » n as well). But the thing I probably liked the most is that it was located just by the River Thames, and overlooks the amazing Buttersea Power Station - The location was great. Bus stop to West End outside. Staff were all very helpful. Free parking on site. Nice breakfast. Free soft drinks. Live band on Saturday and a bed to sleep in. Outstanding value.
