  It was a wonderful trip! Hotel prevzashel all our expectations. At the reception were polite and tried to please us in every way. Concierge managed to get us last minute theatre tickets (1 day before the show). Very convenient to have early check-in and late check-out. Espa is wonderful, one of best in London.
