  Location was great. Rick in reception was very helpful, cheerful & friendly. Kitchen staff were very obliging at breakfast which was very nice. The rooms were basic & 'tired' but clean. The beds were very comfy. A no frills hotel. - The staff couldn't do enough, the hotel was clean and the breakfasts were lovely.

  This was our second reservation and all was very good. The room was on the street level and most helpful. The breakfast was great. - Basic room with en-suite, but comfortable. Polite and friendly staff. Although only 1 night stay, I would return again. 3 min walk to Paddington station.

  We stayed at ABC HOTEL for 4 nights in SEPTEMBER and were quite impressed with this small hotel. It has been updated and staff were very helpful. The rooms don't have air conditioning, but they do have fans. We stayed in #10 which is in the back of the hotel and very quite. The hotel is within walking distance of the Paddington tube station and train station (which has Heathrow Exp - I have used several times to Heathrow Airport before and after use. Furniture barely fits in room so we did a little rearranging to make it work for us. Beds were comfortable. Very clean.   i just tell you that everthing was positive,the malasya lady is very polite ! in my next return to london i would like to be there again.. nice and lovely place as well - I read a few poor reviews of this hotel and have to say that none were justified. The staff and hotel were all better than expected and my stay was great.
