  Assistance given by staff at the reception desk. - Room was clean, warm and comfortable with everything we required. The full english breakfast was lovely and well worth the money. Most of the staff were very polite and friendly. Would definately stop there again.

  Welcoming front door with Xmas wreath. Nice and warm inside. Very friendly reception staff offering lots of helpful advice. Good lift, though rather small. Lovely clean apartment. Quiet and peaceful. Very comfy beds. Nice big bathroom. Good size TV. Good size fridge. Near to tube, shops, eateries. Comes with TV, wi-fi and kitchen which were all very useful. Is far enough out of the way of the city-centre to be quiet at night, while being 2 minutes walk away from the tube station. I would highly recommend staying here.

  Fabulous 1930's Art Deco building in perfect location. Greataccomodation we even got upgraded to a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment.Very private and comfortable. Nice being able to wake up and make acafitiere of coffee before facing the world. - I like the staff. They did alot for us.
