  Everything, for the price it was one of the best hotels ive stayed in, staff were lovely and extreamely helpful. Rooms were clean and the bed was so comfy. Wet room was fine didnt have any problems with drainage etc, which I understand some people have had in the past. - The staff were very helpful and welcoming.   Stayed for one night. From booking in to leaving each one of the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable and there was extra pillows if you needed them . The bath was very comforable and quick filling. We went to the Thyme restaurant in the hotel. The staff were very friendly, and helpful. The breakfast choices were excellent, with some healthy options. We were allocated a massive double room, (which was also designed to accommodate any disabled guests with wheelchairs) The bathroom was also very spacious indeed - and was a wet room style, with a very efficient shower. The hotel is very conveniently located for the major shopping precincts.

But, it was clean, friendly and quiet. Great value and located just out of the city centre. Also, a nice surprise to be able to help yourself to toast, cereals and coffee for breakfast.

  I liked the fact that it was located so close to the city that I couldeasily walk to major tourist attractions.   Our 3rd floor room was clean, well equipped with towels and toilet sundries. Heating system was excellent and we liked the facility of being able to open the window for extra ventilation. The tea/coffee- making facilities were very good and there was no problem obtaining extra milks etc from the trolley. They gave us interconnecting rooms for us and our 2 grandchildren age 13 and 11 which was ideal. the room was pleasant and clean, it was in an ideal position for the shopping centre and the Mermaid Quay and the Dr Who experience all within easy walking distance. The breakfast was ok the continental part much better than the hot food.Good choice of drinks and proper orange etc. Good value for what we paid.

  suites were excellent value for money though they do not offer easy access for elderly or disabled as there is no lift available I would certainly stay in this hotel again when visiting Cardiff for its location,facilities and excellent parking for residents - 1.   Bunk beds very stable and comfortable mattress. Breakfast provision very good. Free car parking. Went Nov 23rd and room was so warm, all night. No draughts or noise from main road or trains. - Such great value for money. Very clean and comfortable, basic rooms but everything you need. We loved our stay here and would 100% come back.
