  I love the size of the rooms and each time we have been the rooms have been spotlessly clean. The staff are all great - very helpful and polite - especially the lady who checked us in!!   We were "Upgraded" to another Grange Hotel on the opposite side of the road. BUCKINGHAM HOTEL. This was even better than the Lancaster. The `Ratings` shown above are in fact for this Hotel.   You have absolutely everything you need if you are not easy going. It might be a bit cleaner but i didn't care because there were much more pluses then minuses. I appriciated the perfectly equipped kitchen, nice design, very comfortable beds, hot water at any time. We were lucky to have an apartment with a terrace. The apartments have all you require and are located an easy bus trip away from central London - numerous bus services are available across the road. There are numerous supermarkets close by with a Tesco express across the street. These apartments offer great value for money!
