  The check-in worked really well, despite there being no on-site staff. The management worked hard contacting us before check-in to make sure we understood how things would work. Walking distance to oxford street and also the Charlotte street where full with resto. The service was fantastic especially responding our email queries. The apartment also called overseas to confirm our stay before our departure which we were very impressed by the extra miles service.will definitely recommend to the rest!   We were very impressed with this hotel. The hotel is very new, and running smoothly. Service from the front desk was exceptional as we were warmly welcomed and provided with a lot of information about where to go in Soho, and London for our weekend. The location is fantastic on a quiet but lively street with bars and restaurants, just off Dean St and an easy wa - Excellent location in Soho, just south of Oxford St. (Shopping), east of Charing Cross Rd. (Bookstores), and north of China Town (good food), Liecester Square (half-price theater tickets), and a whole slew of West End theaters. Very helpful staff at Reception. They gave us good restaurant recommendations and booked us a Mercedes to Heathrow that cost less than a black cab. When I asked for more coffee and ultra pasteurized milk for the room, they loaded me up. We spent a lot of time searching
