  Clean spacious room with very comfortable beds. Lots of hot water in ensuite. Decor in whole hotel was smart and in relaxing hues. Breakfasts were superb and on hearing how much I enjoyed the poached eggs and said I could never achieve them like that the Chef on duty took us into the kitchen and demonstrated how to make the perfect poached egg. It felt like staying in a hotel run by a family rather t - I took my mum to a concert at the nia as a birthday treat. The hotel was only 10 min walk from the nia, with plenty of restaurants to eat at around Brindley Place. The Bullring was within easy walking distance. Beds were so comfy and room was very clean. Breakfast was lovely with excellent choice! Will definitely be staying again and would recommend to friends and family.

The receptionist was very helpful and booked a taxi to the venue. I have to say i would stay with them again and all the people in Birmingham were very pleasant and helpful.

Breakfast was free for our kids since we had paid for ours. It was fresh and appetizing, constantly refreshed by the kitchen. The bed was very comfortable (firm, which we like) and we had a peaceful nights sleep, in fact we didn't hear anything at all. Shower was really hot and powerful. Definitely stay again.
