We were in Birmingham for the Festival of Quilts at the NEC. We loved stayingin your hotel as it was so convenient for the city and lovely places to eat in the evenings. Clean spacious room with very comfortable beds. Lots of hot water in

I took my mum to a concert at the nia as a birthday treat. The hotel was
only 10 min walk from the nia, with plenty of restaurants to eat at
around Brindley Place. The Bullring was within easy walking distance.
Beds were so comfy and room was very clean. Breakfast was lovely with
excellent choice! Will definitely be staying again and would recommend
to friends and family.

We stayed there 5 years ago and decided to stay again as it was such a convenient and friendly venue.

My mum and i stayed at this Premier inn as we were going to see Bon Jovi at Aston Villa FC, we really liked seeing the banners of Bon Jovi on arrival. The receptionist was very helpful and booked a taxi to the venue. I have to say i would stay with them again and all the people in Birmingham were very pleasant and helpful.

This hotel is right in the centre of Birmingham so location is great. The staff were very helpful with giving tips for best overnight parking. Check in was very easy and quick. The room was a decent size and very clean, a typical Premier Inn room. The bed was very comfortable (firm, which we like) and we had a peaceful nights sleep, in fact we didn't hear anything at all. Shower was really hot and powerful. Definitely stay again.

And very quiet , good window isolation from outside noise ,

Receptionist helpful , I needed to print some documents urgently and she helped me with this .
Perfectly located , in town centre and close to train station , what more can you ask for .
