On check in, they mentioned the hostel was fully booked that night, so I was a bit nervous it would impact on comfort and sleep quality. Was happily proved wrong, yes, it was busy, but I didn't have to queue for toilets/showers at any time, and breakfast was fine, with plenty of free space at the tables. I only stayed here for one night, but was really impressed by the value for money and what the lodge provided! I only paid 14 pounds to stay in a mixed 18 bed dorm, which I was very unfortunate in that there were not a lot of guests occupying the room and were all very quiet. The room was very large and the decor of the whole lodge was so cute! Very british and quaint. Its a really lovely modern apartment and lots of room for a large group. It was very clean, with all of the mod cons that you need for self catering.
Its such a great location to get into the city and also good shops, bar and restaurants close by. Its close to Camden Town station, only about 3 minutes on foot, which is really convenient.

(we did not eat there) & room all spotlessly clean and well
apointed. Great bathroom with lovely shower. Approx 4 mins walk from
tube. The Bakerloo Line took us straight into Oxford Circus and then to
Wembley later. We paid £60 for a Sat night which was really great value
for money and would certainly go back.

We chose this area because of its close proximity to a relative's home but any traveller would find the nearby Tube very handy. For us, being able to park was a real bonus. The rooms were warm and clean and the basic cooking facilities were adequate for our breakfast needs. Not an apartment in which you would want to spend most of your time but representing good value and for drivers the free parking is a blessing.
