  I do enjoy this lovely hotel. Very very nice staff, always being helpful. wonderful location, convenient to everywhere, 5 minutes to underground. The room is not very big, but clean and comfortable. With wireless Internet access and all other facilities you might want, I even found a mini refrigerator in my room!   Location was great. Rick in reception was very helpful, cheerful & friendly. Kitchen staff were very obliging at breakfast which was very nice. The rooms were basic & 'tired' but clean. Close to Paddington Station. Easy access to Heathrow Express train. Buffet breakfast adequate with provision for hot food at additional cost. We flew out in the evening but were able to leave luggage at the Hotel after check out at no additional cost. It allowed us to continue sightseeing until 4.00pm on the day of check out.
